About Me
I am an artist who primarily works with acrylic paints and various printmaking techniques. I recently graduated with my BFA in Studio Art from Nazareth College in Rochester, New York. I was born and raised in Ellicott City, Maryland with my three siblings. In 2020, my beautiful niece was born and has offered me so much inspiration and pops up in my artwork often.
From 1st to 12th grade I was involved in Irish Dancing, which became a huge artistic influence for me. I loved the cyclical nature of the music and was constantly surrounded by Celtic knots on our dresses and studio walls. I became interested in the concepts of never ending cycles, growth and development, and the stability and mutability of life.
Some of my artistic and creative influences include Marcel Duchamp, Scott Avett, and Brandi Carlile.
